Your question is a difference of squares. both terms that need to be factored are squared. to solve take the square root of each put into two terms one of addition and one of subtraction.

anwser= (5x-9)(5x+9)

the reason this works is because when you foil you get
25x²-45x+45x-81
the middle terms cancel revealing
25x²-81

Answer:

31

Step-by-step explanation:

First type of clay required 3 cups of flour per batch

She made 5 batches

5 * 3 = 15

So she used 15 cups of flour for the first type of clay

Second kind of clay required 4 cups of flour per batches

She made 4 batches

4 * 4 = 16

So she used 16 cups of flour for the second type of clay

we now add the total number of cups of flour used for each type of clay

16 + 15 = 31

She used a total of 31 cups of flour

Amiraneli [1.4K]

Answer:

a) 2.00 × 10¹⁰;  b) 2.00 × 10¹³

Step-by-step explanation:

a) No. of cells in 1 cm³

\text{No. of cells} =\text{1 cm}^{3} \times\left( \dfrac{\text{1 m}}{\text{100 cm}}\right )^{3} \times \left (\dfrac{1 \, \mu \text{m} }{10^{-6}\,\text{ m}}\right )^{3} \times  \dfrac{\text{1 cell}}{\text{50 $\,\mu$m}^{3}} = \mathbf{2.00 \times 10^{10}} \textbf{ cells}

b) No. of cells in 1 L

\text{No. of cells} =  \text{1 L} \times \dfrac{\text{1000 cm}^{3}}{\text{1 L}} \times \dfrac{2 \times 10^{10} \text{ cells}}{\text{1 cm}^{3}} = \mathbf{2.00 \times 10^{13}} \textbf{ cells}
