What is 81 over 10 times 10 over 42

Let's break it down 81/10 =8.1. If you multiply 8.1 by 10 it's equal to 81, again. If you divide 81 by 42, you get *drum roll* 1.92 - not a nice even number - but that'd be your final answer. ((: I hope all is well, and I helped! Good luck, rockstar! Or if you're cross multiplying you have to do - 81/10 * 10/42 If you multiply 81 by 42, you get 3,402 Then 10 by 10 is a simple 100. So you have 3,402 and 100. (:

I am assuming by "over" you mean divide.

81/10=8.1
8.1/10=.81
.81/42=0.0192857142857143

Hope that helps

Are the equations 3x=-9 and 4x=-12 equivalent?
S_A_V [24]
Yes because you can divide both equations by 3 and you end up with negative 3.

Select the right statement plz
allochka39001 [22]
A; choose two points on the graph to be x_{1}, x_{2}, y_{1}, and y_{2} in the slope formula, m= \frac{ y_{2} - y_{1} }{ x_{2} - x_{1} } (the vertical axis is the y axis, and the horizontal one is the x axis).

m= \frac{30-6}{5-1}
m= \frac{24}{4}
m= \frac{6}{1}

The slope is \frac{6}{1}, 6 being the amount in savings and 1 being the number of weeks.

What is a simple way to solve for the sum and difference of 2 cubes? For example, 27+64<img src="https://tex.z-dn.net/?f=x%5E3"
salantis [7]

Answer:

(3 + 4x)(9 - 12x + 16x²) = 0

(4m - 1)(16m² + 4m + 1) = 0

Step-by-step explanation:

Here we have to solve the sum of two cubes which is 27 + 64x^{3}

Now, the equation is 27 + 64x^{3} = 0

⇒ 3³ + (4x)³ = 0

⇒ (3 + 4x)[3² - 3(4x) + (4x)²] = 0

⇒ (3 + 4x)(9 - 12x + 16x²) = 0

So, (3 + 4x) = 0 or (9 - 12x + 16x²) = 0

Therefore, from the above two relation we can solve for x.

One root will be - \frac{3}{4} and the others we will get by applying Sridhar Acharya Formula, which will give a pair of conjugate imaginary roots of the equation.

Again, we have to solve the difference of two cubes which is 64m^{3} - 1

Now, the equation is 64m^{3} - 1 = 0

⇒ (4m)³ - 1³ = 0

⇒ (4m - 1)[(4m)² + 4m(1) + 1²] = 0

⇒ (4m - 1)(16m² + 4m + 1) = 0

So, (4m - 1) = 0 or (16m² + 4m + 1) = 0

Therefore, from the above two relation we can solve for m.

One root will be \frac{1}{4} and the others we will get by applying Sridhar Acharya Formula, which will give a pair of conjugate imaginary roots of the equation.  (Answer)
