stress is not a new phenomenon, it goes back to the caveman as when we have to face a situation potentially dangerous we get stressed. what is changed through the ages is the type of stress, as the situation that causes us stress are very different from the one that caused stress in the caveman. for false stress, the same predicament is valid as well.</span>
