Hi. I am assuming you know the definition of both terms, but I will share them just in case and will follow with an example sentence.

Advance = A forward to movement; to move ahead
Reasoning = The action of thinking about something in a logical way

Example sentence:

My reasoning for working so hard is so that I can advance to the next level of my career.
