Cytoplasm holds organelles... it’s the gooey stuff that gives the cell its shape and also separates the organelles enough so they can carry out their specific functions

Also have a diploid phase.
Human somatic cells are diploid. (Blood, skin, Muscles, even zygote)
Human sex cells are haploid. (Eggs and sperms)
