Because he has the fine line of informing his opinion along with his statement. He project vomits all of his information which gets people to listen to him. Figurative language helps him speak for the professional side of speaking out about civil rights for African-Americans.

A good friend is trustworthy; he is someone who will stay by your side and someone who will never lie or cause you harm. A good friend is loving and caring. He is someone who will be there for you when you need them, who will tak e care of you during either rough of light times. A good friend will help you grow, thus you grow together.
Mary Cassatt's painting usually depicted domestic setting, Of a world Mary was restricted ( since she was more of a respectible woman.) She often combined certain influences of japanese art along with some of her own. I guess her meaning changed every few paintings. For example "The Childs Bath" its said it shows "the Dignity of motherhood"
