I think it is just the dumbest thing that woman and black people are looked down on, or seen as less than white men by some people. You can't help what you're born into, it's not something that you can choose and yet there are still issues today about whether a woman should get this job or a man should get it. It's important because it shows that they are jut as capable as anyone else, it might encourage others to try for a job that they normally wouldn't have.
