For ideal gases at constant volume, you can use the law of Gay - Lussac:

P / T = constant => P1 / T1 = P2 / T2

=> P2 = T2 * P1 / T1

And remember you have to use absolute scale of temperature.

T1 = 25 + 273.15 = 298.15 K

T2 = 475 + 273.15 = 748.15 K

=> P2 = 748.15 K * 1.8 atm / 298.15 K = 4.5 atm

Answer: 4.5 atm

Acetic acid and water react to form hydronium cation and acetate anion, like this:
OverLord2011 [107]

Answer:

The answer is "Greater than zero, and greater than the rate of the reverse reaction".

Explanation:

It applies a rate of reaction to the balance, a forward response dominates until it reaches a constant. This process is balanced before 52 mmol of the reactantHC H_{3} \ CO_2, to which 3 is added. In balance, that rate of the forward reaction was its rate with forwarding reaction, both of which are higher than 0 as the response has achieved balance so that both species get a level greater than 0.

A baseball is thrown high into the air. As it travels upwards it loses speed and slowly comes to a stop high above the grove wha
Aleks [24]

Answer:

Potential energy

Explanation:

The thrown baseball is converting from kinetic energy into potential energy. When it finally stops at a particular height, it attains its maximum potential energy at the position or point.

  • Potential energy is the energy at rest of body.
  • Kinetic energy is the energy due to the motion of body.

The more a body speeds, the higher its kinetic energy attained.

As a body comes to rest, at a height, it attains potential energy.

The body during flight decreases in kinetic energy but increases its potential energy due to gravity pulling it to rest.
