I would say that we are obligated to obey the law, if we don't all heck would break lose. If you don't obey the law you can go to jail and who wants that? so yeah that's my answer. y

The paragraph is about the traditional views of Chinese people on education.

The story talks about two boys who are twins but still are very different from each other and it also focuses on the importance of education in a life of a person and how it influences a life of a person.

One of the boys in the story is given proper education, is dressed up like a scholar and wears best of the clothes. On the other hand, the other boy is always wearing casual clothes, collects fuel and also keeps swimming in the village mud hole. This one always keeps on learning some kind of trade but the educated one is a victim of flattering.
