Are we obligated to always obey the law? If yes, why? If no, what criteria can be used to determine when disobedience is morally justified?

I would say that we are obligated to obey the law, if we don't all heck would break lose. If you don't obey the law you can go to jail and who wants that? so yeah that's my answer. y
