This means it is not objective at all as it serves someone's purposes, it wants to influence people toward a specific opinion. Propaganda addresses people's feelings by using images, slogans andselective information. The most important thing to take into consideration is the intention behind it.

In this case a government wants to benefit the image of the leader, making him look beloved and charismatic. This was used a lot during the Cold War with the dictators, although they killed people and were cruel, propaganda showed them as respected and humble, surrounded by the people.
