Answer:

B) He kills Nag after Rikki-tikki corners him in a water jar.

Explanation:

Rikki-Tikki-Tavi is a youthful mongoose. Rikki-Tikki turns into the house pet of an English family who lives in frontier India. On his first day in his new home, Rikki-Tikki meets two cobras named Nag and Nagaina. They endeavor to chomp him. Afterward, Rikki-Tikki spares the kid, Teddy, by executing a little harmful snake. The family considers him a legend. That night, Rikki-Tikki hears the cobras talking. They are wanting to murder the family. Bother sneaks into the washroom and pauses. Rikki-Tikki chomps Nag behind the head and hangs on.

Teddy's dad shoots the snake to death. The following morning, Rikki-Tikki makes arrangements with Darzee the tailorbird and his significant other. Darzee's significant other occupies Nagaina. Rikki-Tikki starts crushing the cobra's eggs. At that point he hears Darzee's better half shout out. He rushes to the house. Nagaina is going to assault Teddy. Rikki-Tikki demonstrates her that he has not decimated every last bit of her eggs. The dad salvages Teddy while Nagaina snatches her egg and conveys it into her opening. Rikki-Tikki should attempt to battle Nagaina to keep the family sheltered.

In My Bondage and My Freedom by Frederick Douglass, why does Mrs. Auld follow her husband’s advice to stop teaching Douglass to
Alex_Xolod [135]
I think that Mrs. Auld followed her husband's advice to stop teaching Douglass to read in My Bondage and My Freedom because WIVES WERE EXPECTED TO OBEY THEIR HUSBANDS.
Douglass was a slave and according to Mr. Auld, slaves do not need to know how to read because they will not be able to perform their tasks well as a slave.
