Explanation:

This extract is from the poem Sympathy in which the author compares the caged bird to the racist of the society. She symbolizes that the bird is content in the caged but it is tired of flapping its wing in the hope to escape from the cage. In the same way the cage is compared to the world and the people are compared to the bird.

In 1899 racism was prevalent in the society and hence people suffered lot and they were tired of struggling hard in this environment. So in this passage the bird sounded content but it actually wishes to escape the cage

भारत जैसे विशाल देश में सड़क के नियमो, कायदे , कानूनो की प्रभावशीलता के लिए निश्चय ही ये चुनौती की बात है की विश्व के विकसित देशो की तुलना में अपने देश में लगभग तीन गुना ज्यादा सड़क दुर्घटनाएं होती है। एक अध्ययन के अनुसार पूरे विश्व में सड़क दुर्घटनाओं से होने वाली मौतों का 10 प्रतिशत अकेले भारत में मौते होती है।

इसका सीधा मतलब है की हमारे यहाँ सड़क पे चलने के नियमो के प्रति जागरूकता की कितनी कमी है। शायद आपको जानकर आश्चर्य हो की दुनिया के अन्य देशों के मुकाबले अपने देश में प्रतिवर्ष लगभग सवा लाख लोग सड़क पर हुए दुर्घटनाओं में असमय मौत के मुह में समां जाते है। ये आकड़ें तो उनके है जिन्हे कहीं रिकार्ड किया गया है , हजारों की संख्या तो उनकी होगी जो की दूर दराज के गांव दुर्घटना के शिकार हुए होंगे लेकिन उनकी गिनती इन अध्ययनों में शामिल नहीं है ।
