Eric Wolf believed
that power is inherent in every individual and that it was an aspect of all
human relations. Power is the capacity to bring about change through influence.
It is embedded into cultures and systems of power in society such as the family
and tribe.
Most of Eric Wolf's work is based in power and ideas, this subjects he analyse them in the book <em>''Envisioning Power: Ideologies of Dominance and Crisis''.</em>
He believed that all kind of relation ships are determined by power and the ideas beneath. For him, power could be seen as:
Power inherent in an individual.
Power as capacity of ego to impose one's will on alter.
Power as control over the contexts in which people interact.
Structural power.
The last one, he put it in relation ships, because that kind of power have certain structure, hierarchy, but without a clear dominance from each part.
It affects all three branches of one of the branches doesn’t agree with the bill they will keep changing it. I hope this helps, I did not understand this.
