After Germany’s defeat in World War 1, they were economically devastated. Due to the Treaty of Versailles, Germany was forced to pay 33 billion US dollars to France and Great Britain. They were also forced to give up 13% of their land. The country greatly suffered, and attempts to recover from the war by a way of social spending ultimately left them even more vulnerable. At this time, Germany was at its weakest and most vulnerable point.
However, World War 1 had the opposite effect on Japan. They grew economically both during the war and after. During the 1920’s, after the war, Japan moved towards more democratic political beliefs and Western values. Greater gender equality, freedom of speech, and an expansion of education was implemented soon after the war.
In conclusion, the end of the war had opposite effects on both nations. While the effect on Germany was rather negative and caused them to suffer deeply, the effect on Japan was extremely positive, as the nation and society thrived.

Federalism in a workplace is characterized by equal and responsible distribution of power between a general and a specific base of power.

Explanation:

In an office space, the manager or the executive officer can represent the general authority which is the representation of the union government in the federation. The specific officers working within that  manager's scope serve the position of the regional powers or the states.

In this system, it would  mean that there is a division of power and that the manager is treated on equal footing in terms of stature with the workers even though their job is to oversee the work.

There would be certain areas where the workers can work unquestioned and some areas where they have to consult the manager.

Imagine you are on a committee studying whether or not to make changes to the electoral college system. What would you recommend
11111nata11111 [884]

Absolutely, without a single doubt in my mind, I would change the electoral college system; by completely eradicating it. I'm 18 years old, and I've lived through three elections in my short lifetime. Three elections in which a presidential candidate has won the popular vote; the vote of the people by he will of the people. Two elections in which a presidential candidate has lost the popular vote, and been elected president. The electoral college can oppose the will of the people and elect a president by its own will, which is unethical. Especially unethical in a country that puts such an enormous spoken value on the freedom to vote and create change. When in the reality of the United States the freedom to vote is merely the freedom to go to a ballot box and express an opinion that MAY or MAY NOT make a difference in the vote of the electoral college voters
