First, they are not one country, like big, big USA. The Aztecs had big empires, and governors, and government, but the Maya's, did not have that. Nca had the same as the Aztecs, they had big place like for example, I already mentioned this though, like the big, big USA, you know. But the Maya's did not have this at all.
