Answer:

Parallel structure

Explanation:

The problem that this sentence has is that of parallel structure. Parallel structure refers to the fact that words in a sentence that perform a similar job need to have similar structures and characteristics. In this example, "satisfaction," "enjoyment" and "feeling victorious" are all used in a list in similar ways. Because of this, they need to have a similar structure. However, while the first two appear as nouns, the third one uses a gerund.

Read the excerpt from “Birches” by Robert Frost.
klemol [59]

Answer: The sun has a wondrous effect on icy birch branches.

Explanation:

Robert Frost in this excerpt speaks of how birches are affected by ice and then by the environment around them from how the birches are bent by ice to how the icy branches are then affected by the wind, rain and sun.

At the end Robert describes the effect the sun has on the branches and notes how the sun enables the birches to shed to snow in such heaps that one might think a part of heaven has fallen. As heaven is considered so beautiful, it must mean that the effect the sun had was a beautiful and wonderful one.

What is one example of a typo
Gnesinka [82]

Hello!

A typo refers to when a person mistypes a word and ends up misspelling it.

An example of a typo may be "beautigul" instead of "beautiful." This is because the wrong key was typed when spelling the word.

I hope this helps you! Have a lovely day!

LUCKY_DIMON [66]

Answer

There are many things can strengthen an argument. Throughout this essay, I will give multiple examples. One example of an argument strengthening topic, is an appeal to authorities. An appeal to authorities is where you appeal to a credible source, external to the argument, in order to prove your point.

Another thing that strengthens an argument is when you sight your sources. To sight your sources is to give a physical or verbal reference to an external source that strengthen's your argument. You should always sight your sources when providing evidence.

Finally, You should support your arguments with valid evidence, backed up with sources and appeals to at least two authorities who can verify your statements As you can see, there are many ways that we can strengthen our arguments. I hope this helps.
