There are two types of pain visceral and somatic. Somatic pain is punctual, it is located in a specific area of the body due to damage of tissues such as skin, joints, muscles or skeleton. When the damage occurs the pain receptors in these tissues are active. Visceral pain is vague and it is related to damage of organs, it feels as internal pain.

At the onset of a muscle contraction, the presence of calcium triggers the opening of the Na-K channels in the membrane. Potassium is a calcium inhibitor, so as the potassium flows out of the cell, it eventually reduces the presence of calcium. This causes the closure of the Na-K channel (negative feedback mechanism). In a hypokalemic state, the lack of sufficient K doesn't inhibit the calcium channel, and in turn doesn't properly terminate the muscle contraction at the cellular level.

BAL is blood alcohol level. BAC will normally be higher in a person with more body fat. So the answer to your question would be, as body fat decreases, the increasing rate of BAL DECREASES.
