The Declaration of Independence was informed by the ideals enlightenment thinkers such as John Locke and Thomas Hobbes. Ideas about government including the phrases on life liberty and pursuit of happiness were informed by the writings of John Locke
C) The changing role of women
Women known as "flappers" adopted new, more revealing styles of dress in public. They also smoked in public, danced new dances, wore their hair in new short-cropped styles. They were demonstrating their independence to go against traditional views and expectations for women.
It changed the way women and men live in a lot of ways. Also, after WWI ended women starting proving that they can do a male work and they could do it just as good.
