Meiosis: cell division into four daughter cells (each has half the number of chromosome of the parent cell)
mitosis: cell division that results in two daughter cells (each has the same number and type of chromosomes as the parent cell)
DNA gets compact only during cell division and are called chromosomes. On other conditons, it forms a network of thin threads called chromatin network.
Antibodies
They can cause reactions which lead to inflammation, but they don't directly trigger inflammation.
