Explain how different types of societies have adapted to and affected their environment?
iren2701 [21]

Answer: Through multiple revolutions, people have adapted to and affected their environments. As civilizations settled, new advances in agriculture and tools were made to allow for a less-nomadic society. Through advances such as iron tools and food stock, civilizations settled creating the basis for large empires to come later. Also through the innovation of weapons and armor, empires were able to better control and defend larger territory allowing for exponential expansion. Finally, with new advances made by different civilizations, trade increased as demand for new products from other empires grew.

Under what circumstances, to Locke, might it be necessary for the people to dissolve their government and start anew? Be detaile
otez555 [7]
Locke believed that it was necessary for the people to dissolve their government whenever it became tyrannical; for instance if a small group of elite people were making decisions without the consent of the electorate. This was highly influential to Jefferson and the Founders prior to the American Revolution.

What helped turn world war I into a global war?
zzz [600]
World War I became a global conflict for several reasons. One reason was that many countries around the war were involved in some way with the war. The alliance system helped spread the war quickly. The two main alliances during the war were the Allied Powers and the Central Powers. While the emphasis is given to the main powers in each alliance, there were smaller countries allied with each side.
hope this helps!
