Answer:

the Comanche (Comancheria) tribe

Explanation:

the Comanche tribe had the hardest time/life because The area that they lived in was vaguely defined and shifted over time, but generally was described as bordered to the south by the Balcones Fault, just north of San Antonio, Texas, continuing north along the Cross Timbers to encompass a northern area that included the Cimarron River and the upper Arkansas River east of the high Rockies. Comanchería was bordered along the west by the Mescalero Ridge and the Pecos River

DiKsa [7]

The correct answer is C) Soviet failure to fulfill promises made during World War II conferences.

Truman's policy regarding Communism as outlined in the excerpt was a response to Soviet failure to fulfill promises made during World War II conferences.

In the excerpt, Truman mentions that "...the Government of the United States had made frequent protests against coercion and intimidation, in violating of the Yalta Agreement, in Poland, Romania, and Bulgaria."

President Truman continued: "The seeds of totalitarian regimes are nurtured by misery and want. They spread and grow in the evil soil of poverty and strife."

That was part of the Truman Doctrine speech delivered by President Harry S. Truman before Congress on March 12, 1947.

enyata [817]

Answer:

Westward expansion refers to the movement of settlers into the West of America around the nineteenth century. (From what I remember), it began with the Louisiana Purchase (basically the purchase of the state of Louisiana) and was intensified by the Gold Rush, the Oregon Trail as well as a belief in Manifest Destiny.

In conclusion, Westward expansion provided the United States with many natural resources and ports along the Atlantic, Pacific and Gulf coasts which allowed the expansion of trade. They also play key elements in creating the strength of America today.
