From this passage from Thomas Paine, you can see the natural law, by which, as it is picturesque shown, the child drinks his mother's milk to strengthen it and the grown-up, but can not stay on it for the rest of his life. Sooner or later, it separates itself and becomes independent, because it is a natural law. That is why the argument used is the fifth option offered.

As long as it is under control, it can flourish, but it would progress much more independently, and would have advanced even earlier without power from Europe. And again, it returns to natural law, as long as eating is a custom, a need in Europe, America will have a way to remain rich on the basis of its market. Two claims are the first and second option offered.
