"absolutism" implies that all three of them had the greatest power on their territories. All of them established a centralized government.  They eliminated the competition either by a hostage system or reducing nobles power.  Each of them controlled the landowners and religion. They made changes to the capitals, whether it was moving it to a different city or by building a palace.

North Korea- Wanted: To basically turn the peninsula of Korea in a communist nation. But...Both the Us and the UN (United Nations) stopped them... So...therefore the Chinese actually sided with the Koreans, pushing the United States, and UN back into the 38th parallel line...

General MacArthur- Wanted: To provoke and aggravate China. But...He was commanded not to pass the 20 mile mark. So...He went and crossed the 20 mile mark anyway, showing that he wasn't scared.

President Truman- Wanted: To discontinue the soviet development, try to make the war cease, and even tried to discontinue communism expansion. But....The Americans decided that they didn't want to go into combat. So...the war ended like a chess game and ended in stalemate.

China- Wanted: A safe zone, so that no country could interfere with the refurbishment. So.....China actually organized a planned attack that defeated the troops of amazing. But...China worried that the united states would go into their country, if both the united states and Korea were allowed in combat.

United Nations- Wanted: 
To basically make communism CEASE!! But... General MacArthur continued to past the 20 mark mile. (grr macarthur so stubborn) Despite the fact he was told NOT to by both the UN and Truman.  So... The UNF (UNITED NATION FORCES) was out under the general orders, General MacArthur, to go in and invade the North Korean Troops so they could go back into North Korea
