"absolutism" implies that all three of them had the greatest power on their territories. All of them established a centralized government.  They eliminated the competition either by a hostage system or reducing nobles power.  Each of them controlled the landowners and religion. They made changes to the capitals, whether it was moving it to a different city or by building a palace.

They didn't' do this however because the fighting ended since the Germans became aware of their losses and signed an armistice.
