The correct answer is A)Invasion of Czechoslovakia.

After World War II, the US wanted to spread the ideas of democracy around the world. In order to do this the federal government used several different methods. One of the most famous methods was the Marshall Plan. This gave economic aid to countries whose infrastructure was destroyed during World War II. This aid would allow the US to influence this country and their political system.

Along with this, the US allow helped to create the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). This allowed the US to create an alliance with several different countries that would fight against communism and would fight for the spreading of democracy.

This shows that the only one the US did not plan on doing was invading Czechoslovakia.

The correct answer is A.

After WWII, the US wanted to promote democracy in Europe, because this was the manner of putting in practice the containment strategy, which was the approach that the US had adopted in foreign policy. It aimed ot stop the spread of communism worldwide.

Propaganda radio programs served the abovementioned purpouse, and also the Marshall Plan. The Marshall Plan was an initiative launched by the US in 1948 to help the recovery of Western European countries after WWII. $ 12 billion were sent to rebuild those countries and to boost their economies by rebuilding factories, infrastructures, civil buildings, etc. After receiving the assistance, Western European powers sided with the US and acted as a barrier for containing communism, that has already suceeded on many Eastern nations of the European continent.

State two reasons for the deterioration of relations between the British and the colonists?
OverLord2011 [107]
Taxation without representation, the colonists were taxed by the British without the Colonists own government being consulted. Another reason was the that the British did not allow the Colonists to move into the newly aquired area of the northwest region(Ohio, Kentucky etc.), because the British promised the area to the Native Americans. And may I note the Colonists actually considered themselves to be British.

Answer:

THE ANSWER IS

D: NEDED TO ADRESS THE ECONOMIC PANIC

Explanation:

Fearing economic reprisals from Biddle, Jackson swiftly removed the Bank's federal deposits. In 1833, he arranged to distribute the funds to dozens of state banks.

President Andrew Jackson announces that the government will no longer use the Second Bank of the United States, the country’s national bank, on September 10, 1833. He then used his executive power to remove all federal funds from the bank, in the final salvo of what is referred to as the “Bank War."

A national bank had first been created by George Washington and Alexander Hamilton in 1791 to serve as a central repository for federal funds. The Second Bank of the United States was founded in 1816; five years after this first bank’s charter had expired. Traditionally, the bank had been run by a board of directors with ties to industry and manufacturing, and therefore was biased toward the urban and industrial northern states. Jackson, the epitome of the frontiersman, resented the bank’s lack of funding for expansion into the unsettled Western territories. Jackson also objected to the bank’s unusual political and economic power and to the lack of congressional oversight over its business dealings.
