The Nuremberg Race Laws were issued by the Germans.

Explanation:

The Nuremberg laws was referred to as the racist laws. According to this law the German Jews were not allowed to marry or to have sexual relation with the Germans.
Even the Jews who were converted to Christianity were still considered as Jews.
All the people had to carry identity card but on the identity cards of the Jews the letter J was stamped, which helped the police to identify them.
