Cuts did not affect all sections of the population equally. Things such as social security, medicare, and veteran's pensions. But other things such as urban mass transit, food stamps, welfare benefits, job training, and many more things took a major cut and hurl low income families.

Answer:

The cuts former President Ronald Reagan executed affected welfare and the management of the government resources weren't enough to sustain the programs.

Explanation:

President Ronald Reagan re-structured the economy by adding new income tax brackets, to all ranges of society. But he also re-distributed resources from programs that he believed required a new structure. However, the funds assigned to them were not enough to satisfy the needs of the U.S. population and they assigned more money than their income and red numbers started to show up and grow.

"Which explains one way in which the Byzantine Empire continued the cultural traditions of the Romans?
NikAS [45]
The option which explains one way in which the Byzantine Empire continued the cultural traditions of the Romans is the second one - by using Latin as the primary written language, at least until the 7th century when they started using Greek.
A is a weird option - how can adapting Greek ideas be a continuation of Roman traditions? C is insulting. D is incorrect as Byzantine Empire didn't have gladiators.
