The story of Manu is very similar to the story of Noah. In this case it was a little fish that appeared before Manu and told him that he could no longer live in a small pond that Manu had put him. The fish grew to big for the lake and then for the ocean, the fish told manu that a great flood was coming his way and that he needed to round up every pair of animal into a large boat and wait for the water to lower. The fish in this story is the God Brahma and he was very pleased with Manu's great learning and knowledge. The correct option is D.
