Dyynamic conservatism was Eisenhower's policy to maintain several New Deals program from Roosevelt's era while creating a place where the market could compete as freely as possible. This policy actually creates a perfect balance between improving nation's economy as a whole while maintaining social programs that help people in need which drives American politics closer into socialism rather than full blown capitalism.
