Dyynamic conservatism was Eisenhower's policy to maintain several New Deals program from Roosevelt's era while creating a place where the market could compete as freely as possible.
This policy actually creates a perfect balance between improving nation's economy as a whole while maintaining social programs that help people in need which drives American politics closer into socialism rather than full blown capitalism.

Southern planters began to return and demand their land back, and vey few republicans wanted to live where the government could arbitrarily confiscate land from people, so much of the land was given back to its original owners
