The renaissance . was a time of monumental change within the arts and culture. It was set up the stage for the rest of European history in terms of these subjects and even intellectually it was characterized by secular philosophy which is utilized through to the future of the European history.
Postmodern art is a body of art movements that sought to contradict some aspects of modernism or some aspects that emerged or developed in its aftermath. In general, movements such as intermedia, installation art, conceptual art and multimedia, particularly involving video are described as postmodern.
