The finding is  that<span>its not the people you know well (strong tiwhowhoe will help you get a job, but the people you just sort of know (weak ties).
So, if you want to be accepted within the job market, rather than hoping that other people will help you out, you should focus on improving yourself and giving value to other people around you.</span>
