A "monofill" is a landfill that is comprised of only ash and no raw waste. Accordingly, a double-lined ash monofill is a dump (which is just a friendly term for a dump) in the frame of a bathtub designed by two impressionable liners, carrying incinerator ash and nothing other than that. In this way, a monofill is a specific type of waste. The Monofills are those which stores tires or simply ash from incinerators.
