Tuba dude. Clarinet has a fairly high pitch range and is woodwind. Snare is also traditionally quite high, violin as a string instrument offers itself too as quite high, the large brass tuba is a very low honk when played normally

Imagine designing a building; you must proportion the design correctly and be sure that the symmetry is correct or the building may appear lop-sided, out of shape, or could potentially tear down over a period of time. The same applies to art.
