How does abolition of slavery and the 14th amendment relate to woman’s suffrage?

History

Because the suffragists at the time were fighting for female rights and wanted that women would have the same rights as men would. This is in essence the same as wanting  for slaves to be acknowledged as fellow human beings and wanting the same rights, for that reason when the abolition of slavery happened, the fight of women for their rights can be equated to this desire for equality.

Grants are considered need-based aid because they are awarded when the expected family contribution (EFC) calculated in your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) indicates you cannot afford to go to college using only your own or your family's financial resources. Grants are also considered gift aid because they do not have to be paid back.

To apply for any federal or state grant you must complete and file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid ( Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)) and it must be filed on time! A formula is used to analyze the information you enter on this form to determine how much you and your family can help contribute toward your education as well as how much more you may need in aid. Colleges use this information to determine if you are eligible to receive a grant. To have the best opportunity for all grants you may be eligible to receive at the college you plan to attend, it is important that you file the FAFSA by the school's priority date.

snow_tiger [21]

Answer:

Explore how President Wilson’s crackdown on dissent during World War I, which was strengthened by the Sedition Act in 1918, put civil liberties at risk, in this video adapted from The Great War: AMERICAN EXPERIENCE. Anyone who spoke out against the United States government, the flag, or the armed forces could be arrested and/or imprisoned. This led to a “chilling effect” on civil liberties at the same time that the United States was fighting in a war to “make the world safe for democracy.”
