It was a United States naval officer/ historian, also known to be a propagandist to expansion, named Alfred Thayer Mahan who wanted to expand the extent of capacity of the United States and its navy. He wrote “The Influence of Sea Power upon History”. It stated his idea that the countries with the biggest navies and greater sea power over others who could govern the world. With his principles, and knowing that US had at that time the elements of the capability to expand its greatness, he created strategies based on commerce trading and coastal defense to support the Manifest Destiny. Manifest Destiny states that it is the United States who was the ones who were destined to expand across North America.

KIM [24]

Answer:

The answer is " State courts deal with issues of state law and federal courts deal with issues granted to them by the U.S. Constitution."

Explanation:

In the USA state courts have jurisdiction over disputes that have a connection with a state´s laws. They usually deal with common laws. They apply laws existing or approved in a state or that are according to the state´s constitution.  The federal courts can only take cases defined in the Constitution of the USA or by federal statutes. The definite level a case may reach is the Supreme Court which is a federal court.

pshichka [43]

C- He hoped that congress would strengthen the laws against monopolies.

D- He was upset that laws preventing the formation of monopolies had failed.

E- He believed the government should control businesses operating across state lines.

are the three of Roosevelt’s perspectives on monopolies

In a speech given on August 31, 1910, in Osawatomie, Kansas, Roosevelt advocated what he called "the new nationalism." The central issue he argued was the state's protection of human welfare and property rights, but he also argued that human welfare is more important than property rights.

He argued that only a strong federal government can regulate the economy and guarantee justice and that a president can only achieve economic goals if he makes protecting human well-being his top priority. did. Roosevelt believed that industrial concentration was a natural part of the economy.

He wanted an administrative body (rather than the courts) to run his business. The federal government should be put in place to protect working men, women, and children from exploitation. Politically, Roosevelt's platform included a wide range of social and political reforms advocated by progressives.
