A positive mindset is the best support to stay motivated towards health and daily exercise routine. Life without exercise brings in lethargy and dullness which may result into stress and depressions ultimately. The best support systems are our friends and family. By being serious towards better health and happy future, you will always take the right step to implement a daily routine for exercises.

Explanation:

Exercise helps you stay fit and healthy. If we can make exercising an enjoyable routine to our daily life, we can continue exercising without giving up easily.

Steps to follow a daily routine for exercises and its benefits:

  • Avoid making unnecessary excuses
  • Understand that exercise will add-on to good health if done regularly
  • Practice light useful exercises in the beginning without much exertion
  • Practice Deep breathing exercise and Yoga
  • Practice meditation for 15 mins everyday in the morning to bring clarity in decision making and have a positive attitude towards life
  • Join a gym or hire a physical trainer if you feel motivated to get serious about your health
  • Join a support group in your locality to stay motivated

If you do not have a support system, read good self help books or articles online. There are various videos available online to help you exercise while you enjoy at the comfort of your home.
