English

You should cite all sources from which you get outside information. For example, if I'm writing an essay about cats, and I know that cats are fluffy, I can write that down with no need for citation. However, if I don't know that cats are felines until I read a Wikipedia page about them, then I need to site that page.

Which sentence best describes the difference between plot and theme?
Eduardwww [97]

Answer:

Theme is the writer's message about life, whereas plot describes the main events and sequence of a story.

A key difference is that themes are often short and can be said in one sentence, whereas the plot of a story can be lengthy. Themes are a relationship between the story and life- essentially an extension of the story and how the events can be applicable in real life. Simply put, plots just describe the story.

Hope this helps!
