Use controlled off-road recovery

If your  side tires drop off the paved surface, sudden acceleration might cause you to lose the balance and the whole vehicles off the road.

You need to stay calm and use controlled off-road recovery as follows:

- First, you need to tightly hold the steering wheel. (much better if you do this with both hands) . But you should not move it. Just prepare yourself to make a  big steer

- You need to let go of the accelerator. Make sure it drops down to around 5 mph.

- Make sure the road is clear.

- Take a deep breath and steer sharply to the left side. This will  bring your right that's dropped off back on the paved surface.
