The main factor that cause agriculture rise suddenly would be the end of the ice age. Since the temperature drop and the climate changes, the soil start to flourish with many plants. Human slowly understand what plant could be eaten. They start to learn and try to take care of the plant and found it was easier than looking for other food source.
