Historic means,''Famous or important,'' as to where Historical means concerning history or historic events.
As such historical event is something that happened in the past.

Answer: A historical event is a moment of time that has happend in history, most the time it is a big event. For example, when the United States Constitution was written in 1787, this would be considered a historical event.

I think the most important event was when the pilgrims came to the Americas. Although they came there to escape persecution, they were the first to start a colony and life there. Once that colonization started, many other European also wanted to come to the Americas to find more freedom and escape persecution.
