Mustafa Kemal Ataturk modernized his country in many different ways. This including building thousands of new schools, primary education was made free and compulsory, women were given equal civil and political rights, while the burden of taxation on peasants was reduced. He also helped to assimilate different ethnic minorities in and around the country.

goods to other countries for sale. On the other hand, when a country buys goods
from other countries, it is engaging in importing. Exporting and importing
constitute international trade which is a key driver of globalization.
