Answer:
Explanation:
This summer was awesome. I did a ton of cool things and learned a lot.
In June I got a new SIMS game where you can make mermaids and go scuba diving in the ocean! I spent lots of time every day making new characters and watching them get mauled by sharks. It was super educational. Who knew that sharks are just as likely to attack a mermaid as they are a human? And that mermaids bleed red blood? I also designed some cool houses. Like 183 of them. Since I’m thinking of one day designing giant houses with many rooms that do not connect and backyards that contain every recreational item there possibly is, it was time well spent.
He was bold, you could tell, not by the way he walked, talked, or even by the way he shouted at the peasants below him, but by what he was wearing. A dark, long black cloak that caught in the wind as he strutted past his enemies as they bowed before him, black goggles you could not see his eyes through, wild white locks, and shiny black boots that glistened as they caught the slivers of light shining through the night. He was incredible. He stretched out his hand to grab the powerful wand, not yet touching it, when I noticed a gaping scar on his left hand. I was so in awe that I could not stand. Would this be the end of life as we know it?
I hope this helps, this was taken from one of the stories I am currently writing. :)
Have a wonderful day!
The correct answer is D. It's great that so many young girls can have successful careers as nurses.
Explanation:
Bias statements focus on personal opinions rather than facts or reality. Due to this, a bias statement supports a specific point of view and due to this can be incorrect. An example of a bias statement is " It's great that so many young girls can have successful careers as nurses" because in this sentence the author expresses his point of view about being a nurse. This personal perspective is showed through the word "great". Also, through this statement, the speaker suggests this career is mainly for girls, which is not only a personal opinion but an incorrect statement.
