There various ways to fight corruption in government. One is to pay government employees good wages. Employees whether they are private or public want to be sure that their salaries will help them make ends meet. If they are paid enough to support themselves and their families then it would deter from doing any that would lead to corruption. Another is cutting red tape. When the process is long, people get upset and this is true when they need it immediately. If you shorten the process, then people wouldn’t resort to fixers who would resort to under-the-table methods to get it done.

Answer: A) B. F. Skinner

Explanation: Burrhus Frederic Skinner was a well-known American psychologist whose theory of behavior was based on its consequences, that is, behavior is shaped and determined by its consequences. These consequences can be either punishment or reward, and they stipulate that certain behavior is likely to be repeated. This means that, based on, say, a certain reward, a child learns a certain behavior, remembers words or sounds.

According to Machiavelli what will happen to a leader when things go wrong and he is in need of support
Phoenix [80]

Machiavelli believed that public and private morality had to be understood as two different things in order to rule well. Machiavelli believed as a ruler, it was better to be widely feared than to be greatly loved. A loved ruler retains authority by obligation while a feared leader rules by fear of punishment.

I have provided a chart that further explains this topic.

Hope this helps! :P
