Aristotle made significant contributions in fields of politics, ethics, logic, criticism, rhetoric, etc. His thought was unique, deep thinking, and systematic. He believed monarchy to be controversial for several reasons. He was in favour of the government where he considers it governs for the general welfare. Government, according to Aristotle, must be in the hands of one, a few, or the many. Monarchy, he believed, give birth to tyranny because it is governed by a single person, for own benefits.
