Gonorrhea is treatable, but that doesn't mean it treats itself. Just like cancer, pneumonia, etc., gonorrhea needs medicinal treatment and if that treatment never occurs the consequences can be devastating.
You need to grieve only when you need to. If you grieve because you feel like your lost one is watching you and needs you to grieve, you will never move on.
