Summary of the research paper is not a component of an effective supporting paragraph. Option D is correct.

The supporting sentences which are also known as the body of the paragraph, are used in an attempt to support, explain, illustrate, or provide evidence for the idea or point of view stated in the topic sentence.

Support paragraphs generally work together to explain the main idea of a story, an essay, or a section of a business or technical report.

Which statement best describes how Hamlet’s ideas progress in his soliloquy?
Sveta_85 [38]

Answer:

B. Hamlet expresses despair over life, remembers his mother and father’s relationship, and then expresses his frustration with the current state of his family.

Explanation:

Hamlet is hopeless about the world and everything that is happening. He is very sad and disappointed with the direction that his family took. Hamlet's lament happened because he is sad that his father, a good and caring man, died and that before completing two months of his death, his mother decided to marry again, with Hamlet's uncle. He finds it disgusting and disrespectful to his father who was such a good husband.

1. Meaningful parts means words that make sense; words you can understand. Flagpole would become flag and pole.

2. What does flag mean?  A piece of cloth, usually rectangular, of distinctive color and design, used as a symbol, standard, signal, or emblem. What does pole mean? A long, cylindrical, often slender piece of wood, metal, etc.

3. A symbolic cloth on a pole, or meant to be on a pole, would be called flagpole.

4. Use these steps and summarize them in your own words.

Hope this helps!
