The song "Oh Susanna" tells the story of a man who sacrificed to his beloved lover named Susanna. This man traveled from Alabama to Louisiana which he traveled with sacrifice only to meet his beloved lover.

In the lyrics <em>"It rained all night the day I left The weather was bone dry. And the sun is so hot I froze to death Susanna don't you cry"</em> we can find out how the struggle that was taken by the man when he went to Louisiana.

This song was performed by an American band called "The Be Good Tanyas"
