The Bubonic plague, otherwise known as the "Black Death"  of the fourteenth century  was originated in Asia, and traveled to Europe via trade routes.

The Black Death stands out as the most dramatic and lifestyle changing event during this century. This was a widespread epidemic of the Bubonic Plague that passed from Asia and through Europe in the mid fourteenth century. The first signs of the Black Plague in Europe were present around the fall of 1347

Answer:   I think it would be 2 and 4. These two in a way are almost forcing your religion on people who do not believe the same thing that you do.
