There were of course several big differences between these two regions, but in general Russia was not as technically and culturally advanced as western Europe. They were also still orthodox.
It is the Sacred land(the holy land aka Jerusalem), but it’s a disadvantage because it was Palestines land but since it was territory of Great Britain they gave it to the Jewish people as a country they could call their home.
I think it is wrong. Cause people should vote if they want slave states or not. If the Federal Government choses if they want a slave state or not people will get angry and riot.
