We are given with
v1 = 5.5 km/hr
v2 = 4.5 km/hr
d = 10 km
v3 = 30 km/hr

The total time the fly was flying back and forth is
5.5t + 4.5t - 10
t = 1 hr

The total distance traveled by the fly is
d = 30 (1) = 30 km

$9000.

the profit is $9000
