Answer:

Using chunking.

Explanation:

Chunking is a mental process of making groups out of individual facts or information. Our brain stores knowledge easier if it is gathered than if it is separated. So, our memory will work better if we connect and join information.

Avoiding the use of imagery will not help Sheila encode information more effectively. On the contrary, imagery is a productive way of storing information. Vivid explanations and images let us understand better, and, in consequence, memorize more effectively.

Avoiding making associations to her life will neither be useful because this is also a good technique for memorizing. It is always better to connect new information to the one we are already familiar with. By doing that, we make stronger relationships between facts and that way we memorize them better.

Dividing attention is not the most recommended method of encoding information. It means being able to do multitasking activities. In this type of studying, we need to direct our attention to the specific information we are studying and concentrate to understand it and store it.

How is federalism a tool for the protection against "majority tyranny" and therefore a protection for the minority?
sergejj [24]
Federalism means the way of government where there are various levels of government. As different level government system is more accessible for general people where they can say what they want or express their opinions about something being right or wrong. So in my opinion for the most part Federalism is a tool for the protection against "majority tyranny" and therefore a protection for the minority. To explain this in an example, if a state banns all the women to be employed at any level, the federal government will intervene and stop this unjust decision, or vice versa.
